Club Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement

Welcome to Until Next Tee! For the safety of all golfers and protection of our tour-grade technology, every member and guest must complete this agreement before entering the bays.

🛡️ Facility Safety Rules

Single Golfer Swing Enclosure: Only one golfer is permitted inside the hitting enclosure and turf zone at any time. All guests, observers, and waiting players must remain behind the yellow safety line in the lounge seating.

Clean Clubs & Soft Spikes: All golf clubs and footwear must be completely clean and free of outside dirt, mud, and grass clippings before striking. Only spikeless golf shoes or clean athletic sneakers are permitted (strictly no metal spikes).

Approved Balls Only: Never strike scuffed, marked, cut, or dirty golf balls into the projection screen. Use only the clean, tour-caliber balls provided at each bay.

Strict No-Alcohol & Conduct Policy: In compliance with Washington State law, alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises. Bringing alcohol into the facility or entering under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or controlled substances is strictly forbidden and results in immediate permanent expulsion.

Equipment Care & Property Liability: Treat overhead high-speed cameras, impact screens, touchscreens, and furnishings with utmost care. Members and their guests are jointly responsible for negligent or intentional property damage.

I willingly assume all risks associated with indoor golf simulation and agree to release and hold harmless Until Next Tee LLC, its managers, and property owners from any liability, injury, or damages, and accept financial responsibility for any equipment damage caused by my negligence or that of my party.
